Decorative Spring Flags to Brighten your Yard

Spring has finally sprung and I can no longer turn a blind eye to the fact that my yard was desperately neglected this winter and needs some intensive care.  I started my cleaning out the abundant debris in my flower garden and added a new brightly colored Spring Garden Flag.

Where did Summer Go?  Kids are going back to school and fall clothes fill the stores.  I swear every year, summer goes faster and faster.

You are probably starting to feel like the beach garden flag displayed out front really isn't suitable anymore.  Since the days are still hot and the leaves still green, fall garden flags with colors fall colored leaves , pumpkins and scarecrows, wouldn't be fitting either.  It is time for those everyday flags.  The flags that are good for everyday and any day.

Personalized Decorative Birthday Flags

Birthday Garden Flags and Birthday House Flags are some of our biggest sellers.  This is really not a surprise as everyone, everywhere, has a birthday.  That's a lot of birthdays to celebrate. 

This interesting article from Huffington Post talks about the origins of birthday celebrations.  Although there is no documented proof that these are the exact origins, the seven historical developments mentioned in the article make sense as a best guess for why birthdays are celebrated the way they are today.

Even though some will not admit it, I think most people love to be fussed over their one special day of the year.  Who, on their birthday, wouldn't love to wake up or come home to a garden flag in their front yard that is saying Happy Birthday to them.  A personalized birthday flag or house flag would be even better. 

Birthday flags and birthday banners are also great for displaying at birthday parties either outside as a marker for the location or inside as a decoration.  For my friend's 60th surprise birthday party I did a custom birthday flag that was a collage of photos from throughout her life, it was a big hit.
